So I have signed up for the daily article e-mails from ReadTheScriptures.com.  It is great.  Today I came across an article from Sister Kathryn P. Fong “Making any Ward ‘Home.’“ 

Our ward is extremely transient.  I believe we lose about 50% of our ward every spring after graduation and gain about the same in the fall.  This article would be useful for anyone that is moving in and out of a ward, but also for those who see new people!  This is what we should be doing to welcome new people.
